Not a lot of details about this story, but apparently the Sheffield Village police stopped this woman for drunk driving and got her back to the station to book her when she started getting a little beligerant . . . so they tasered her. She hits the ground hard and DOES NOT get up. We smell a lawsuit on this one. Was the cop justified? Watch the video for yourself and decide.
