According to the celebrity tabloid TMZ.com, former President George Bush is denying claims that he patted the backside of Desperate Housewives star Teri Hatcher after the two had lunch last week for some reason. Bush reportedly told the TV show Extra that "A blog accused me a patting her backside. Which I did not do. The camera lies, it's a fraud." Watch the video for yourself and decide:
