California Man Eats 59 Hot Dogs in 12 Minutes - Joe Chestnut Beats Record Held by Takeru Kobayashi

We heard about this over the weekend, but didn't see the footage of it. Here's more from KTTC:

A California man has set a new world record by downing 59 and one-half hot dogs in just 12 minutes.
22-year-old Joe Chestnut shattered the previous record held by professional competitive eater Takeru Kobayashi.
Kobayashi ate 53 and three-quarter hot dogs at last year's annual Nathan's Famous Fourth of July Hot Dog Eating Championship.
Chestnut placed second in that competition, eating 52 hot dogs and buns.
