Melvin L. Blevins, 18, and Angel Dailey, 16, of Pataskala have been charged in the incident. Neither went peacefully when arrested, as Daily resisted arrest and Blevins, identified as her boyfriend in the juvenile court complaint, aided in her unsuccessful attempt to escape. Angel was arraigned last week two counts of corrupting another with drugs, a fourth-degree felony, and one count of misdemeanor child endangerment.
