Here's some shocking video of a woman in the psychiatric emergency room at Kings County Hospital who waited more than 24 hours and then fell on the floor, unnoticed, and died an hour later. Several security guards and a doctor are shown on this security video glancing at her on the floor and do nothing. Scary video people.
