Judge Wapner she's not, but Judge Milian seems to be taking the reigns of The People's Court pretty well. We love it that in this clip she gets in the face of the snotty law student from the University of Miami. Ooo...he does not respect the Judge or the process of the law...err..TV law. No surprise that she didn't rule in his favor.
