El Chupacabra Caught on Video in Dewitt County, Texas by Police Officer

We are glad that our tax dollars went towards buying dash cams so police officers can capture arrests, high speed chases, and monsters? Alright, so we don't believe in big foot, the Jersey devil, or the Lochness monster but some coppers in Dewitt County, Texas have some video they say is of the Chupacabra. You know, the dog/vampire thingy that supposedly kills livestock in the southwest and Mexico. The video appears to show what looks like an ugly dog running away from the police. He probably had some unpaid parking tickets. Bummer. What do you think?
