New York Time Gets Rick Rolled by College Basketball Video
Have you been Rick Rolled by your friends or loved ones? Then you know the pain and anguish caused by an unexpected Rick Astley video. The mother of all Rick Rolls came when the New York Times got word that an impromptu Rick Roll occurred during an Eastern Washington University's women's basketball game. The proof was this convincing You Tube video. Too bad it was the NY Times who got Rick Rolled as the You Tube video was actually carefully planned and occurred before the game even started. Ah well...it's not like we expect newspapers to get their facts straight or anything.

A few people were not too happy to see CBS' WSPA in South Carolina reporter Charmayne Brown and her news crew filming a report on the murder case involving Michael Shane Howell, who's accused of killing his grandfather, 73-year-old Tommy Howell. After yelling at cameras to go away, it appears that a woman charged at the reporter and dragged her to the ground where several other women joined in punching the reporter. What makes this story particularly disturbing is that the reporter and her crew are African American and the attackers all white women who didn't skimp on the racial slurs during the attack. Three women were arrested, including the Mom and sister of the suspect. Click on the link to
