5th Graders in Mrs. Crystal Delfanti's class at Isabelle Jackson Elementary School in California got an extra scene in their year end recap DVD. It seems that the teacher accidentally included a sex scene from a home movie in the compilation. When the school found out about the XXX mistake school officials asked that parents either destroy the DVD or send it back but it looks like one made it local news station CBS 13. Oops.
