While we are hesitant to give any part of the 'Speidi' empire any recognition, this clip from Access Hollywood is kinda bizarre. Not only is 23 year old Heidi Montag looking more like a 30 something, overly done Barbie, she makes delusional statements about how Cleopatra would want DDD breasts if she were alive today. Really? Do you think Heidi believes what she is saying or is this all just for publicity?
