Josh and John Duggar are two of the 19 kids that make up the gigantic Duggar clan of children. This picture perfect family may have just gotten another point in heaven because right outside of their used car lot. Both boys have experience as volunteer fire fighters are were able to give CPR to six year old Maddye Plascensia before EMT's arrived.
