Andy Richter got the plum role of Regis Philbin fill-in co-host with Kelly Ripa earlier this week. Ever the hard hitting interviewer, Kelly asked Conan O'Brien's former Tonight Show side kick if he had any bad feelings towards Jay Leno or NBC. He is pretty damn truthful in his answer. Gotta love someone who just says to hell with it!
