He's probably the best drinker, and certainly an entertaining "performer" but this guy has to be the worst drunk driver we've ever seen caught on camera. He almost looks like a stunt man or silent movie performer doing a gag, but apparently it's real. The cops seem confused at what to do with him, he's so out of it.
We won't be having what he's having.
